Artichoke & Almond Tapenade

This Artichoke & Almond Tapenade is crafted with our estate-produced Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh artichokes, tangy capers, finely chopped almonds, and early-harvest olives. A Mediterranean twist on a provençal spread, we love slathering a spoonful on just about anything. 

• Combine with goat cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and use as a stuffing for mushrooms, a topping for crackers, or a spread for sandwiches. This is great mixed with pasta as well.
• Enjoy on its own as an appetizer with toasted hunks of bread, crunchy celery, or Belgian endive.
• Serve as a topping for quiche, roasted chicken, or white fish.
